Really? A test that would take 5 seconds by touching two probes to the alternator would throw off the techs day so much and cost $110.
I had the best car buying experience of my life!! The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly even when I was demanding and difficult. The financing could not have gone better and the entire staff welcomed me like I was family from day one. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends!
I got my oil changed here today. They ended up honoring the "$39.95 or less" (lol...yeah, right) coupon, but not at 1st...I had to dispute the $60+ initial charge listed on the bill. They said my car took "quart oil" instead of "bulk oil", so that's why it was more, but didn't tell me that until it was time to paid. Nonetheless, after some discussion, as I said, they did give me the discount price, but they said they would only do it this one time. On a different note, all of the chairs in there quick service waiting area were dirty (they were covered with dog hair, glitter, and/or dirt)...seriously. I sat at a tall chair/table in the showroom, which wasn't dirty.

I'm sure it's a fine dealership but I was very disappointed with my service experience. I have a Ford F-650 pick up truck with an electrical issue. I travel for a living and didn't have a multimeter tester handy. I asked the lady in the service department if I could swing it around and have them test my alternator to see if it was cranking out 14v. She asked if it was diesel. I said yes but that is irrelevant for testing the alternator. She then said she only had two diesel techs and they were both busy. And it would be $110.
