Great for men,boys haircuts not so much for females. They jacked my hair a few times when my boys and husband went there to get their hair cuts I figured I would give it another shot. Nope. Once again can't put layers in long thick one length hair. Had to cut it again to get it to grow back. I won't go there no longer,ever but my husband and boys do faithfully.. they love them. I rate this in the middle,half way. 3 STARS☆☆☆

My hair cut was great! Barbee has a great personality and is keeps the conversation interesting.
I went here for just a trim and added layers. The stylists was confident that she could do it even though my hair was very long. She brushed my hair for 20 minutes, didn't seem like she knew where to start and then made a cut at the top of my head giving me almost a bowl cut with half of my hair. I was about to leave until she called over another stylist and said it was easy to fix and showed her how to do it. I thought okay, she just needed some help, it will be fine. No. She called over her manager after another 30 minutes of basically doing nothing but thinning my hair. So at this point half of my hair is gone. They let me leave with the most jacked up, horrendous hair cut. My whole family almost screamed when I came home.

When I went to get it fixed my stylists showed me a huge chunk of hair that was missing in the back of head. She said she's almost never seen anything this bad before. This place is awful. The stylists have no idea what they are doing beyond a simple trim or men's hair. DO NOT come here if you have long, thick hair, or any hair that can be difficult or else you will look like a maniac when you leave this place. Just awful. And they didn't even have the respect to tell me they made a mistake and tried to have me pay for it.
it's been quite a while since I've been here and today Sam whas my beautician and she did a wonderful job !!!! if any gets to read this and needs a haircut stop in and say hello to Sam ,you will not be disappointed! !! thanks Sam!
