Took my baby , dog, there a couple of weeks ago because he was sick. Not my normal vet. But the staff was great the doctor seemed to know what was going on with him even before they started running test. They were so helpful in explaining things and understanding how you as the owner is feeling. We sadly wasn't able to fight the battle and lost our baby. The office found out, due to a canceled appointment and sent a very lovely card that each staff member peraonally signed. It means so much more than you could ever imagine. If I ever get another dog there is no doubt in my mind where I would take them. The staff at Alpha is truely amazing!
Since being adopted by a mama cat and her 2 very young kittens, I found I was in need of a veterinarian. Had never been to Alpha Veterinary services, called on a Tuesday and was seen the next day. Very friendly staff, great with the kittens and very promp & thorough. My appointment was for 4:00, was out the door by 4:27!!! Very pleased!!! We now have a new veterinarian..... Thank you Dr.Amy!!!
Dr. Amy is great. She explains all procedures and reasons when treating Giorgio and Topaz. I appreciate this kind of respect. Her staff is kind and helpful, also.
The staff here are so nice. And they are prompt. My cat Pippin has a condition with his paws and they always get us in and out quickly without sacrificing thoroughness.
