Bought a pump from the Uniontown store, in which I spend hundreds of dollars a month, being a neighboring business. NEVER opened it, took it to my shop and one of my mechanics said it would work for us. So I took it back to get a different one. I was told it could not be returned with the receipt or without !!!!!! So i called the customer service number who sent me a gift card that I can use when I order another one. I ALREADY BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I NEEDED IT THAT DAY !!!!!! I was glad when this store opened up. Not any more, I will pass it by on my way to others, GOOD LUCK ,

I have gotten many useful items free with purchase from Harbor Freight, tarps, batteries and led flash lights, just to name a few. The manager and the employees I have dealt with are always very nice and extremely helpful when I have questions.
