Online order, store had 2, store called to say they didn't have the item and wanted to sell me a substitute instead. I was told the money was already taken out of my account, for an item they Didn't Have!!!! There are too many other stores to shop from to tolerate this.
Wanted that special gift for my husband. Couldn't find it anywhere. Asked the girl in tool world. And waalaa! She took me right to it. Thanks Lowe's!
Lowes employees are for the most part, friendly, but in my case, seem impossible to find when you need help, or if I' m lucky enough to find one it's not their department or they are busy with other customers and there is a line of customers waiting for assistance. Lowes lumber, unless you are buying the top dollar selection, is usually so crooked and/or has so many knots in it, it's a joke. You may spend 20+ minutes just looking for a few acceptable boards. I prefer shopping Home Depot for lumber and for anything else I have questions about.
Ordered a swing set for my kids and was told it would be in and installed on certain. No follow up and no show. Sub contractors should be held accountable for their lack of communication. Wasn't even offer anything for the inconvenience that my kids had a party and were disappointed that their swing set was there.
